Darcy Winslow is CEO, managing partner, and cofounder of the Academy for Systemic Change, an organization focused on advancing the field of awareness-based systemic change to achieve economic, social, and ecological well-being.
For more than 20 years, Darcy has been a pioneer in developing businesses and implementing protocols for sustainability and social responsibility. In 2008, she founded DSW Collective, LLC, which focuses on aligning values and principles with practical and aggressive sustainable design strategies.
In 2012, she cofounded the Generative Council as part of the Center for Nature and Leadership, supporting the inner and outer growth of women leading organizational sustainability.
Darcy worked at Nike, Inc., for more than 20 years in senior management positions, most notably spearheading their sustainable business strategies.
In 2003, Darcy graduated from the Stanford Executive Program. She is currently senior lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management and serves on the board of directors for several educational institutions.
