Jill Miller is cofounder of Tune Up Fitness Worldwide and creator of the corrective exercise formats Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® method. With nearly 30 years of study in anatomy and movement, Jill is a pioneer in forging relevant links between the worlds of fitness, yoga, massage, athletics, and pain management.
Jill has trained thousands of movement educators, clinicians, and manual therapists to incorporate her Therapy Ball products into fitness, athletic, and medical facility programs internationally, including 24 Hour Fitness, YogaWorks, Equinox, Cedars-Sinai, and numerous professional sports teams.
She has presented case studies at the Fascia Research Congress and International Association of Yoga Therapy conferences, and has been interviewed for numerous magazines, including Shape, Men’s Journal, and Yoga Journal.
