Jodi Aman has over 20 years of experience as a therapist, inspirational speaker, and relationship coach. She teaches and counsels people who suffer from anxiety and chronic pain, as well as those facing illness and divorce.
Jodi graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1996 and began her career working with low-income, inner-city parents at risk of losing their children due to child abuse.
Working in private practice, she later taught narrative therapy through the international Dulwich Centre. She has studied Ayurveda and mindfulness. She is also author of You 1 Anxiety 0: Win Your Freedom Back From Fear and Panic To Keep Calm in a Crazy World.
Jodi’s work is informed by her personal experience overcoming panic attacks and debilitating anxiety, which she suffered earlier in her life. She maintains a private practice in Rochester, New York.
