Kelley Kosow is CEO and program leader of the Ford Institute for Transformational Training. A Master Integrative Life Coach, Kelley was personally trained by the late Debbie Ford to continue the legacy of her life-changing work.
The Ford Institute has trained and certified thousands of Integrative Coaches worldwide, and Kelley, a former practicing attorney and family law mediator, has been instrumental in developing and leading those trainings, as well as writing the content for various coaching models.
A teacher of emotional education, shadow work, and personal mastery, and known as a ”coach’s coach,” she works with individuals, couples, groups, and corporations throughout the world.
