Kelley Kosow is CEO and program leader of the Ford Institute for Transformational Training. A Master Integrative Life Coach, Kelley was personally trained by the late Debbie Ford to continue the legacy of her life-changing work.
The Ford Institute has trained and certified thousands of Integrative Coaches worldwide, and Kelley, a former practicing attorney and family law mediator, has been instrumental in developing and leading those trainings, as well as writing the content for various coaching models.
A teacher of emotional education, shadow work, and personal mastery, and known as a ”coach’s coach,” she works with individuals, couples, groups, and corporations throughout the world.
She has been featured extensively in local and national media, including O, the Oprah Magazine, which named Kelley as someone who could ”Dream it, Do it.” Since then she has been featured in In Style, People, Working Mother, Latina, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and Condé Nast Traveler.
