He currently directs a project in the design and delivery of integrated leadership development programs and associated senior team interventions for the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund.
A founding member of the Academy for Systemic Change and the Society for Organizational Learning, Robert works extensively with Peter Senge and contributed to The Dance of Change, coauthored by Peter Senge.
Robert is founder of RLH Consulting, with a client list that includes many prestigious companies, including Prudential PLC, BP, and DuPont. His programs have had unprecedented success in terms of popularity with the target populations and applicability to real work challenges and aspirations.
Robert has formerly served as partner at Dialogos, LLC, and vice president at Arthur D. Little and Innovation Associates, Inc.
