Therapist Jodi Aman, LCSW-R, overcame debilitating anxiety herself and has been treating people with anxiety since 1994. You will learn how anxiety works and gain specific tools to help you break free from fear, stress, and doubt.

Through a combination of practical steps and a variety of meditative practices, you will learn:

  • How to create a calm mindset
  • Guided meditations and rituals for healing
  • Ways to break down problems into manageable pieces
  • How to connect with your inner spirit to heal the hurt parts of yourself.

Once you understand your own fears, you can then learn to separate yourself from those feelings to make more empowered decisions. You will leave with concrete practices that can help you in your daily life and with the sense of possibility that you can live a life free from anxiety.
