Program Description

Stress is inevitable. What if leaders were able to help their employees manage stress for a more productive—and more content—workplace? Move This World helps people understand, engage, express, and manage their emotions healthily.

In this experiential weekend, founder and CEO of Move This World, Sara Potler LaHayne, will introduce you to Move This World’s evidence-based curriculum to equip leaders and their teams with tools to support their emotional well-being. The result? Healthy, engaged workforces where everyone is empowered to thrive and reach their full potential.

According to Gallup, 87% of workers worldwide are emotionally disconnected from their workplaces and less likely to be engaged at work. However, when we have the tools to manage daily stresses, we have the skills to collaborate and encourage one another to succeed.

This weekend, you will learn Move This World’s five key teaching components:

  • Ritual: for creating safe space for learning
  • Embodiment: practices to internalize concepts like empathy
  • Validation: to encourage confident self-expression without fear of judgment
  • Processing and Reflection: to facilitate full integration and manifestation
  • Building a Positive Action Plan: to set and realize accomplishable goals.

Move This World is rooted in theories and practice from positive psychology, creative arts therapy, and Theatre of the Oppressed. You will learn to harness the power of creativity to build trust, reduce fear, and inspire change within your workplace.
