Take your yoga practice off the mat and into the woods by engaging your body and senses fully in a deep yoga practice while surrounded by nature. Join yoga teacher and tour director Lisa Rueff and experience her unique combination of joyful, inspiring vinyasa-style yoga accompanied by heart- and soul-elevating music.

You will also spend time outdoors and revel in the opportunity to heal, rejuvenate, and create more spaciousness as you enjoy a new hike each day and experiment with hiking meditation.

Physical movement indoors and outdoors will provide the perfect balance to introspective practices such as journaling, one-on-one and group sharing, and meditation.

You will explore:

  • New yoga poses and methods to deepen your yoga practice and take yoga out of the classroom and into your daily life
  • Mindfulness tips to cultivate gratitude and peace and learn how to engage more fully in the present moment
  • Journaling after yoga class and after hiking to provide you time for reflection, insight, and dreaming.

You will take home tips for incorporating yoga into everyday life and well-being practices you can draw upon to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and at peace.
