Parneet Pal is a Harvard- and Columbia-trained physician who currently leads content innovation and product development at Wisdom Labs, a company pioneering the translation of science and wisdom practices to reimagine well-being in the workplace.
Having moved away from clinical practice to prevention in order to focus on the global epidemic of chronic disease, she continues to foster interdisciplinary health innovation as a TEDMED Scholar.
With a master’s degree in exercise and movement science from the University of Oregon, she has directed two wellness spas, expanded a private executive health practice, and coaches executives and consults with organizations on the design and implementation of lifestyle management platforms (nutrition, mindfulness, exercise, stress management).
Parneet believes that using the latest research in medicine, technology, behavior, and systems change, we can build a mindful society where health is default.
Rich Fernandez is a Columbia University trained psychologist with nearly two decades of experience, specializing in leadership and organizational development at organizations such as Google, eBay, and J.P. Morgan Chase.
A cofounder of Wisdom Labs, a company and think tank focused on activating the science of mindful well-being, resilience, and purpose-driven performance within organizations, Rich offers deep expertise in cognitive psychology, organizational systems, the science of human performance, and transformational people-development solutions in business settings.
Previously, he was the director of executive education at Google, responsible for leadership-development content, tools, and programs for senior leaders across Google, as well as the head of learning and organization development at eBay.
