Program Description

Gain an in-depth understanding of your power center and access the physical, mental, and emotional strength and flexibility it holds. Join Jill Miller—an internationally sought-after pioneer in mind-body fitness—to learn specific breathing techniques and corrective movements to enhance your posture, respiration, strength, and mobility.

Through embodied anatomy exercises, you will systematically explore the key structures that mobilize and stabilize your spine for safe, effective core-strengthening poses to integrate into your personal yoga practice or teaching.

Using Jill’s innovative Yoga Tune Up® techniques, you will strengthen, stretch, and restore every last myofascial fiber while you:

  • Learn accessible pranayama (breathing) techniques to access the power latent in your respiratory diaphragm, psoas, and more
  • Practice pain-erasing self-massage with Roll Model® therapy balls
  • Learn how to apply core work to your personal practice or movement routine
  • Deconstruct and demystify nauli kriya (abdominal churning) and uddihyana bandha (abdominal vacuum).

In addition to providing in-depth knowledge of the body’s physical structure, Jill guides you in unique empowerment exercises to address emotional blocks that can obscure core work. Through meditation, journaling, and group discussion, she invites you to find confidence and competence in working with your center so that you can inspire others to do the same.

    Tuition includes a pair of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, a “Corageous Ball”, and a course manual. Pregnant women in their late second trimester and third trimester will not be able to perform all exercises.
