Program Description

Most of the time, our minds are chattering on in our heads without us even knowing it—the bad news is that a lot of it is negative.

It’s time to disidentify with the unconscious drone of inner negativity and start cultivating the intentional presence of mind that leads to happiness.

This workshop with Ira Israel, LPCC, LMFT, creator of the app Meditation Made Easy, focuses on cultivating equanimity so you can make healthy decisions and engender loving, positive, secure, and supportive relationships—the key to a happy life.

To do this, we need to identify the blunt tools we developed over the years—over-reactions, judgments, fears, expectations, and passive-aggressive tendencies—and replace them with more precise tools, such as authentic communication, balanced lifestyle, and personal integrity.

Come experience:

  • Specific practices that bode well for keeping you at the high end of your happiness spectrum
  • All-levels vinyasa flow yoga and restorative yoga classes
  • A variety of mindfulness meditations
  • Skills for communicating with presence and compassion.

You will have the opportunity to determine your long-term goals and identify what you need to achieve them. To deepen and enrich your experience, award-winning artist and sound healer Geeta Novotny will join Ira.

You will return home with a toolbox of new insights and practices to build a life founded in true happiness.
