Discover the ins and outs of being a Fit Bottomed Girl with this 2-day immersion workshop led by two of FBGs founders.

Whether you want to kick emotional eating, stop yo-yo dieting for real, lose a few pounds, or simply find your inner fit and healthy rock star (we know she’s in there!), come learn how to be a Fit Bottomed Girl inside and out with two women who have led an internet revolution at, promoting positive body image and healthy living to millions of women throughout the world.

Through aha-moment-provoking presentations, powerful journaling exercises, engaging group discussions, and fun workouts, this retreat will help you to tap into your inner power while you have a ton of fun with like-minded women and learn:

Faculty Bio

Jennipher Walters

Jennipher Walters is cofounder and CEO of the healthy living websites Fit Bottomed Girls, Fit Bottomed Mamas, Fit Bottomed Eats, and Fit Bottomed Zen. Her book The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet was published by Random House and named one of the best fitness books of 2014 by Greatist.

A certified personal trainer and health coach, Jennipher holds a master’s degree in health journalism from the University of Minnesota and a journalism degree from the University of Missouri. She creates and curates the fresh fitness content of the Fit Bottomed sites that includes workouts, workout-music suggestions, recipes for fit foodies, fitness humor, and much more.

In 2016, Greatist named Jennipher one of the Top 100 Most Influential Health and Fitness People of 2016. She has been featured in numerous publications including Shape, Huffington Post, SparkPeople and Wall Street Journal.

Kristen Seymour

Kristen Seymour is partner and editor of the healthy living websites Fit Bottomed Girls, Fit Bottomed Mamas, Fit Bottomed Eats, and Fit Bottomed Zen, where her blogs span fitness and stress-relieving topics, making it fun to work out, eat well, and experience deep sleep.

Kristen’s blogs include Home Workouts, Summer Running Must-Haves, 15 Salad Recipes (with 5 Ingredients or Less), and 4 Ways to Get Your Aromatherapy On. In addition to being a writer whose work has appeared in numerous media outlets such as AOL, Today, HealthyPet, and more, Kristen has experience as a youth basketball and volleyball coach and is currently obtaining her USA Triathlon Level 1 certification.

Kristen’s recent appearances include leading an energy-boosting workout for the Institute of Integrative Nutrition at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and speaking on a panel about the current and future state of the fitness industry at STORY in New York.

Accommodation rates include more than just the bed you sleep in. Per-person per-night rates include:

  • nourishing farm-to-table meals
  • daily meditation and yoga classes
  • non-ticketed evening events
  • use of all facilities, including the fitness center, steam rooms, and whirlpool.
