Program Description

Although many of us hear the call of our inner desires and dreams, it is often difficult to find the path forward to our own awakening. Come join others on the important journey from surviving to thriving and let your true self shine.

This experiential, evidenced-based workshop is led by two master teachers, Marilyn Schlitz and Wendy Baron. Together they take you deeply into the most up-to-date science of transformation, social and emotional intelligence, and integral healing. As you fine-tune your intentions, heighten your awareness, and allow your authentic self to emerge, you will learn:

  • The 5 Dimensions of Transformative Practice for ongoing support
  • How your worldviews, beliefs, and other factors unconsciously influence your life’s path and how to refine your inner guidance system
  • Transformative practices that expand awareness, increase mindfulness, reduce stress, and develop personal resilience
  • Communication and relationship skills to successfully handle emotions and difficult situations
  • The qualities and capacities to navigate the complexities of life and stay the course toward the life you imagine.

In an atmosphere of safety, trust, and openness, you are invited to tap into your deepest inner wisdom, examine the unconscious influences that prevent you from actualizing your best self, and learn practices that will support you in growing and prospering in your life and work moving forward.
