Qigong is mindfulness embodied: a combination of moving meditation, flowing movement, and energy training. As you synchronize breath, movement, and awareness, you enter into a state of “flow,” a state of peak energy and consciousness like you may have experienced in moments of creativity or passion, engaging conversations, or falling in love.

During this week, you intentionally cultivate this sense of flow as you practice qigong in the redwood forest. You will learn how to embody mindfulness, cultivate your life force, and work with qi to:

  • Harmonize breath, body, and awareness to enter into a state of flow
  • Enrich, deepen, and sustain your mindfulness practice
  • Increase vitality through simple exercises.

Come charge up your body, clear stress, enter into the present moment, and integrate mind and body. As you do, you’ll increase your well-being, enliven your energy, and balance your emotions. You return home with a centering practice you can do anywhere, anytime.
