Power Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-paced vinyasa flow focused on toning, strengthening, and stretching the body while training the mind for greater clarity, focus, and positivity. The rapid flow of postures is grounding and works muscles in the arms, shoulders, back, legs, feet, and abdomen so the body grows stronger and healthier and the joints, tendons, and muscles develop wider range of motion and greater flexibility.

Susan Hauser is founder and owner of New Om World (NOW), the Bay Area’s most diverse multi-modality studio. In alignment with her vision for NOW to create a community that supports both physical and mental growth, NOW offers the best of yoga, TRX, high-intensity conditioning, strength training, and cross training for its members.
Susan has amassed a large and devoted following and credits yoga for clearing her mind and getting her through raising two young sons after her husband passed away from cancer. Susan’s classes are fast-paced, dynamic flows focused on toning, strengthening, and stretching, while bringing greater clarity, control, and peace to one’s emotional state of mind. Her classes are challenging vinyasa sequences that follow the Baron Baptiste vinyasa style, set to incredibly motivating music.
She completed her teacher training in Baptiste power vinyasa and furthered her education in anatomy, physiology, methodology, sequencing, and ethics by completing Yoga Tree’s Yoga Alliance training.
