Program Description

Most of us write using only a small part of the resources we have available. Yet these resources—our intuition, creativity, and deeper knowing—are the foundation of good writing and a fully realized life. Created by Maia Danziger, the Relax & Write process unlocks your creative unconscious and uses the rich material found there for developing your passion for writing and living.

In a safe and nonjudgmental setting, you will:

  • Practice deep relaxation, guided meditation, and sensory awareness to awaken the inner voice you have always wanted to hear
  • Tap into your creative well for your most inspired writing
  • Skillfully build a writing practice that prevents you from struggling to get started.

Maia, an Emmy Award-winning actress who has received the Kalachakra Initiation from the Dalai Lama, playfully and poetically demystifies the writing process, sharing insights and anecdotes from her own experience and those of her students, who include actors, artists, journalists, novelists, playwrights, and screenwriters.

You will return home with a method for writing that forges a repeatable path—a clear and easily accessible way to deep writing.
