Grace Bullock, PhD, and learn her evidence-based BREATHE model, which integrates research in neuroscience, psychophysiology, psychology, and the science of mindfulness to increase self-awareness, self-regulation, and emotional intelligence.

  • The seven skills for maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself and others
  • How your mind, brain, and body can enhance or undermine your perception and affect your communication and decision-making skills
  • The subtle yet powerful cues that your stress level has reached a critical threshold—and what to do about it
  • A simple yet revolutionary mindfulness technique that inhibits the stress response almost immediately.

You will return home with practical, new skills and fresh insights on why you undermine your connections with friends, loved ones, colleagues, and others, and why you ruminate over the same thoughts and re-enact the same patterns of behavior over and over again. Not anymore!
