Grace Bullock is a visionary psychologist, scientist, organizational innovator, educator, yoga and mindfulness expert, and author of Mindful Relationships: Seven Skills for Success—Integrating the Science of Mind, Body and Brain. Her research, practice, teaching, and writing integrate principles of applied neuroscience, psychophysiology, cognitive-behavioral psychology, and the science of mindfulness.
She is founding director of the International Science & Education Alliance, a consultancy firm that provides innovative strategic visioning, leadership development, research, program evaluation, and more to organizations across North America. She recently served as senior research scientist on the Ethics, Education, and Human Development Initiative at the Mind and Life Institute and as a research scientist at the Institute of Neuroscience at the University of Oregon.
A dedicated educator and clinician, Grace is developer of the BREATHE model—a groundbreaking approach for increasing stress-resilience and improving relationship quality. She serves as faculty at several North American universities including Endicott College near Boston, Massachusetts.
Also a science journalist, she is contributing editor for science-and-research at YogaUOnline and former editor in chief of the International Journal of Yoga Therapy.
