According to Neil Pearson, the founder of Pain Care Yoga, this workshop teaches the importance of practicing yoga with the intention of addressing suffering in all aspects of our existence—though the integration of pain science, the lived experience of pain, and therapeutic yoga.
Interactive lecture, instruction, practice, and small‐group work will help you learn:
