Program Description

In this fun, interactive, five-day course Chris Shelton will teach you how the complementary yin and yang energies show up in your life—and on your face!

Chinese face reading is an ancient art that helps reveal who you are and deepens your understanding of other people’s behaviors and attitudes. And by studying the wisdom of the I Ching, or Book of Changes, you will achieve greater emotional harmony with yourself and with others. When you learn how to interpret the divinations of the ancient text, you receive benevolent guidance and encouragement.

Combining the two, the I Ching can be used as a tool to help offset unnecessary hardship, which affects your emotional state and shows up on the face.

Throughout this experiential course you will:

  • Learn how to ask and receive wisdom and guidance from the I Ching
  • Discover if someone is honest, kind, cruel, or mischievous using simple face-reading steps
  • Tap into peace and harmony in your inner and outer life by honoring the five elements
  • Release the potential for dis-ease in mind, body, and spirit by reading your face and balancing your emotions.
