Join Sage Rountree—author, coach, endurance athlete, triathlete, and yoga teacher—for this program designed specifically for athletes of all sports and levels of yoga experience (including none).

This weekend, you will learn:

  • Poses to increase your stability, balance, range of motion, and flexibility, especially in the hips and hamstrings
  • Techniques to enhance your physical and mental endurance while lowering recovery time and risk of injury
  • How to cultivate sport-specific core strength
  • Ways to incorporate yoga’s approach to mind-body integration in both training and competition.

The practice you will experience with Sage is not an athletic form of yoga. Yoga for athletes is a way to use yoga as a complement to sports training so you can move fluidly and powerfully, focus and recover better, and achieve peak performance in sports and beyond.
