For many people, yoga begins as a physical discipline or a tool to heal an injured body or an overstressed nervous system. Quickly, you discover that physical health is only the beginning.

In truth, the emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of yoga have never been more relevant or needed, offering a natural expansion and deepening of the physical postures.

As we apply the principles and experiences of yoga into the busy-ness of our modern lives, our work, recreational pursuits, and personal relationships become more fulfilling and productive.

Join internationally renowned teacher and author of Yoga and the Path of the Urban Mystic, Darren Main, for a weekend of yoga, meditation, and community.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How the ancient practices of yoga can make a positive, lasting impact on every facet of your life
  • To weave mindfulness and meditation into your asana practice for a richer, deeper, and more rewarding experience
