November 15 - 17, 2019
Join the be.come project's founder and master instructor Bethany C. Meyers for a weekend of movement, conversation, and creativity. Explore the project's body-neutral, love-yourself approach to boutique fitness. You'll experience be.come classes led by Bethany, intuitive eating discussion with Whitney Hull-Benson, fireside chats, journaling, and group sharing. Together, you'll work through topics like body image, diet culture and how societal beauty standards have distorted our perceptions of self-worth. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how to implement and embrace movement in your life in the most positive way.
