Dr. Mike Lane, DC, and Brian King have over 30 years of combined experience in bodywork, teaching, and helping people achieve Freedom from Pain. They teach accessible, safe movement modalities that take you from being limited by pain to living the life you want. These movements enhance both strength and mobility, so you feel confident and resilient.
During this experience, you will learn how to reconnect with and trust your body by developing movement strategies to specifically meet your needs at work, home, gym, bike, road, court, and field.
