Program Description

Come home to your still point—the place within you that remains steady amidst the chaos of daily living—in a weekend of fluid movement, breathwork, and song to bolster your faith, embolden your love, and deepen your devotion.

Join global yoga warrior Janet Stone as she guides you through the expansive and soul-satisfying world of vinyasa. Enrich your days with asana, pranayama, meditation, and group activities—and discover plenty of space for rejuvenation, reflection, and connection with the natural world.

You will learn:

  • How to combine awareness with movement, breath, and sound in a vigorous yet elegant approach to vinyasa
  • Mantras and chants to open the heart, release the voice, connect to the divine, and cultivate an inspired community
  • How to release trauma and stoke the fires of joy, healing, and nourishment of body and soul
  • To cultivate the most beloved aspects of who you are, both on and off the mat.

This weekend will have you moving through the world with more clarity, vitality, and rapture.
