Program Description

In this invigorating weekend retreat, Jane Austin-a 20-year expert in yoga and childbirth and the founder of the prenatal yoga school Mama Tree-takes you on a journey into your true core. Through daily lecture, discussion, meditation, and yoga, you will learn:

● Why a healthy pelvic floor is so important to your health and well-being
● Movement and breath techniques to help bring more awareness and vitality to your deep foundational tissues
● How to cultivate stability (Sthira), suppleness (Sukha), and life force (Shakti) so you can weave them all together
● Practices to activate your own feminine power.

    Jane Austin has worked with pregnant women and their families since 1990. She serves as the perinatal director of Yoga Tree in San Francisco and is the founder and director of Mama Tree, a prenatal yoga school dedicated to educating yoga teachers, doulas, and midwives on how to use the tools of yoga to support pregnant women and new moms.

Why Attend
