Join expert yoga teacher Erin Fleming, E-RYT 500,Certified MELT Method Instructor for a weekend of mindful movement and essential stillness featuring the MELT Method and the complementary practices of Yin Yoga and Qigong Yoga Flow. You will:

  • Experience the power of the MELT Method to enhance vitality and ease pain through guided use of specialized soft rollers and treatment balls for hands and feet
  • Learn the essential tenets of Yin Yoga, a profound flexibility practice of holding supported poses for three to five minutes in a calm meditative environment (along with optional aromatherapy)
  • Complement these transformative practices with Erin's own Qigong Yoga Flow, a balanced modality of movement based on the ancient Chinese exercise and healing system
  • Experience a powerful blend of breath, movement, and mindfulness to enhance your body's energetic flow.

You'll take home techniques to reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck pain and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.

    Erin Fleming has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and is certified by the British Wheel of Yoga. She has been a certified instructor of the MELT Method® since 2012, and she is the creator of Qigong Yoga Flow. Erin leads teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops nationally and around the world through her yoga company, Yogadeva International.
