Program Description

Most of us have been trained to react to, rather than experience our emotions. Sherianna Boyle, MEd, leads this workshop based on her revolutionary C.L.E.A.N.S.E Method® featured in her book Emotional Detox: 7 Steps to Release Toxicity and Energize Joy and her forthcoming Emotional Detox for Anxiety. Together, you will:

  • Learn a new, empowering way to view and heal the symptoms of anxiety
  • Discover how overprocessed emotions can escalate reactivity, conflict, low energy, poor self-esteem, and worried thoughts
  • Practice getting to the source of anxiety through self-reflection, partner exercises, yoga, meditation, and light journaling.

Emotional Detox is a mindful way to clear patterns of emotional resistance and purify undigested emotions so you can move from anxious, worried states into calmness and joy.

Leave with a solid understanding of what an Emotional Detox is, how it can alleviate anxiety, and new language for reframing anxious thoughts. You'll return home with seven mindful steps to detoxing your emotions—an effective system for responding and practical skills for living a life with more ease.
