Meditating with the Body is a five-month, in-depth training developed by Dr. Reggie Ray, that focuses on a series of powerful body-based meditation practices drawn from Tibetan yoga. Taught by skilled somatic meditation practitioners, Caroline Pfohl and Manuela Mischke-Reeds, MA, MFT—two of Reggie's closest teachers—this program is the second of two residential retreats, bridged by a five-month, at-home curriculum. This rich arc of learning will be kicked off at the May retreat with five days of guided meditation and embodiment practices—both indoors and in nature, talks on somatic meditation, small group discussions, and a one-on-one meeting with Caroline or Manuela.
The program includes two residential retreats bridged by a five-month, at-home curriculum. Retreat 1 is May 19 - 24, 2019, and Retreat 2 is October 27 - November 1, 2019. Both retreats are required.
The at-home portion of the curriculum includes recorded talks and practices, reading material, discussion groups, and opportunities for meetings with a meditation instructor throughout the five months.
