Are you a yoga teacher or movement instructor looking to take your knowledge and teaching confidence to the next level?

Join global yoga educator Jules Mitchell, MS, CMT, E-RYT 500, for a 5-day intensive that weaves together asana and all the basics of biomechanics. Jules will lead you through the latest in movement research and foundational scientific concepts in an easy-to-understand way that builds body awareness and will immediately impact the way you teach and practice yoga.

As you engage in in-depth discussions, interactive exercises, and practical application of your own movement, you will:

Learn how current science can help you refine your cueing, pose choices, and sequencing

Differentiate between anatomy and biomechanics, and challenge the conventional script for even the most basic yoga poses

Explore different types of stretching, and how they affect tissues, performance, and injury

Consider how refined movement can promote positive tissue change and adaptation

Play with unique and effective tools such as isometric and resistance stretching.

Soak up Jules's immense knowledge of yoga and exercise science in a workshop designed to help you bring biomechanical concepts into asana in a real, actionable way.
