Hannah Muse, Yoga and meditation teacher and presenter

Award-winning yoga teacher Hannah Muse spreads her love of yoga far and wide, teaching retreats, workshops, festivals, and teacher trainings internationally.

She is known for her profound devotion to waking up to the sacred everywhere and in every breath; her captivating storytelling and clear compassionate teachings; and her deep well of knowledge in mindfulness, yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhism. Her ability to apply the ancient secrets of yoga to our busy modern lives includes expertise in therapeutic alignment, dynamic vinyasa flow, slow relaxing flow, rejuvenating restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama, mythology and storytelling, mudra, mantra, and more.

With a background in environmental advocacy and social justice, and a ten-year-old daughter she considers her wisest Zen master, her spirituality is not removed from the world but rather inspired by our shared humanity and expressed through compassionate action.
