Jennifer Ward, Change and transition strategist, meditation practitioner

Jennifer Ward is a change and transition strategist at Life Balance Institute in the San Francisco Bay Area. She works with individuals and groups focusing on how to skillfully navigate major life changes and maintain a sense of well-being through times of challenge.

A longtime meditation practitioner, Jennifer has been training with Phillip Moffitt since 2010. In addition to teaching mindfulness practices for daily life, she concentrates on helping people to develop new relationships with their inner wounds and move beyond self-limiting patterns into fuller and more authentic expressions of who they are.

Prior to joining Life Balance Institute, Jennifer was a book publishing executive in San Francisco and New York.
