Meditating with the Body® Part Two
October 27 - November 1, 2019
Meditating with the Body® is an enriching five-month, in-depth training developed by Dr. Reggie Ray that focuses on a series of powerful body-based meditation practices drawn from Tibetan yoga. Taught by skilled somatic practitioners, Caroline Pfohl and Manuela Mischke-Reeds, this program is the second of two residential retreats. They are bridged by a rewarding at-home curriculum for becoming proficient in this life-changing form of somatic meditation. The practice of meditation that is taught in this course, and the profound transformations it brings, can allow you access to the inner resources necessary to show up fully in your life, your community, and most of all, in your own body.
