Michelle Maldonado is devoted to forwarding more conscious organizations, leaders, and teams.

Founder and CEO of Lucenscia, a firm dedicated to the cultivation of human potential and mindful business transformation, Michelle has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits in the United States and abroad. Clients include LinkedIn, Microsoft, TD Bank, MUFG, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom, Barilla Pasta, the US Department of Defense, and the US Department of Homeland Security.

Michelle is also a Certified Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner™, Certified Mindfulness Teacher—Professional Level (CMT-P) with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, Level 2 Certified Search Inside Yourself Teacher, and Board Director with the Institute for Organizational Mindfulness. A former corporate attorney and business leader, Michelle uniquely leverages her experience to support leaders in growing their positive impact. She is a True North Leadership Teaching Fellow and serves as faculty and coach with Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification program and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute's teacher training program.

She brings her legal, business, operational, and emotional intelligence skills, supported by a deep secular mindfulness and compassion practice, to help leaders and their teams more skillfully navigate the terrain of work and life.
