Rhonda Britten, Life coach, keynote speaker, media personality
Rhonda Britten is a renowned life coach, speaker, and television personality. She is the founder of Fearless Living Institute, a support network that hosts online courses and in-person workshops and certifies coaches. She is the author of Fearless Living, Change Your Life in 30 Days, Fearless Loving, and Do I Look Fat in This?.
After witnessing the murder-suicide of her parents at the age of 14, Rhonda experienced a twenty-year spiral of self-doubt, blame, and addiction. She tried therapy, self-help books, self-improvement workshops, PTSD treatment, energy work, and more. But Rhonda still had nightmares every night and couldn't get past the fear that there was something wrong with her. After her third suicide attempt, she discovered there is a pathway to freedom that cuts through false beliefs, negative thoughts, and the silent, secret fears every human being carries. She has made it her life's mission to share this gift with others.
Rhonda has appeared in 600 episodes of television in more than 25 countries and impacted millions worldwide. An Emmy Award-winner and repeat guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Rhonda was the first life coach on her own reality television show, Life Doctor (later known as Help Me Rhonda), and on NBC's Starting Over. She was named the network's "most valuable player" by the New York Times and heralded as America's Favorite Life Coach by TV Guide.
A recipient of the Smart Women of the Year and Coach of the Year awards, Rhonda is a blog favorite at Huffington Post. She speaks at TEDx and for numerous organizations such as Southwest Airlines, Blue Shield of California, and Northrop Grumman.
