Sherianna Boyle, MEd Psychologist, author, and yoga instructor

Sherianna Boyle is a passionate educator, speaker, and author of eight books, including Emotional Detox: 7 Steps to Release Toxicity and Increase Joy and The Four Gifts of Anxiety, endorsed by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Sherianna has a master's degree in education and a certificate of advanced graduate study in school psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is an adjunct professor of psychology, a seasoned yoga instructor, and founder of the Emotional Detox movement.

Her C.L.E.A.N.S.E Yoga™ practice has been featured in Yoga Journal, and her work has appeared in Psychology Today, Mantra Yoga + Health, MindBodyGreen, and Yoga Journal online. She has been featured in over 75 articles.

A yoga and meditation teacher for nearly 16 years, Sherianna is known for her ability to support emotional flow through a vibrant yoga practice and through the art of storytelling, laughter, and connection.
