Wonder Well in the redwoods as you engage in Lunch & Learn at 1440 Multiversity, a new offering designed to help you find inspiration out of curiosity.
Enjoy a new kind of Lunch & Learn as you participate in an insightful workshop called Cultivating Creativity, led by 1440 Faculty Member and Circles International Founder Eliza Ramos, MPH, MSW. This workshop uses evidence-based tools and practices from the latest neuroscience research to engage the creative part of the brain in real time, and participants will tap into their own creativity and learn how creative practices can lead to better health and wellbeing. Eliza is a regular faculty member for 1440 philanthropic advocacy programs like Healing Our Healthcare Heroes and Healing Our Education Communities, and her compassionate approach to facilitation focuses at the intersections of wellbeing; leadership development; and diversity, equity and inclusion for a holistic learning experience. Learn more about Eliza and Circles International by visiting https://www.circlesinternational.org/eliza-ramos.
Following the workshop, dine on a delicious, sustainable and locally sourced lunch at Kitchen Table featuring global cuisine prepared by our 1440 Culinary Team. Deeply nourishing and highly enjoyable, Lunch & Learn at 1440 provides a fulfilling opportunity to gather with purpose and connect with yourself and other like-hearted community members.
1440 Multiversity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and private philanthropic campus - proceeds from all tickets purchased support our 1440 philanthropic initiatives and community building efforts, and help feed families in our region. Thank you for creating hope for living well.
