1440 Policy

Payment

A deposit of 50% of your total stay package (tuition plus accommodations and applicable taxes) is due at time of reservation and can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Please refer to additional payments and terms below based on registration type.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and terms vary based on your registered workshop or program. Generally speaking, even when refunds are issued outside of thirty (30) days, a certain percentage of the original booking total is retained to offset administrative and other costs incurred by 1440 to process the original booking and subsequent cancellation that cannot be passed on to the program organizer.  

 

The following policies represent our standard terms.

Open Enrollment Public Workshop Program Terms 

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with a 30-day cancellation policy.
  • The remaining 50% of your total stay package is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • No refund is available for individual guests who cancel within 30 days of confirmed arrival - which includes show shows to, or early departures from, your registered program. 

Faculty-Led Workshop Program Terms

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with a 14-day cancellation policy.
  • The remaining 50% of your total stay package is due 14 days prior to arrival.
  • No refund is available if you can cancel fewer than 14 days prior to your arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave the workshop or program early.

Leadership Center Program Terms

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with a 45-day cancellation policy.
  • The remaining 50% of your total stay package is due 45 days prior to arrival.
  • No refund is available if you can cancel fewer than 45 days prior to your arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave the workshop or program early.
