1440 Policy

Payment

A deposit of 50% of your total stay package (tuition plus accommodations and applicable taxes) is due at time of reservation and can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The remaining 50% of your total stay package (tuition plus accommodations and applicable taxes) may be due 29 days prior to arrival and payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and terms vary based on your registered workshop or program. Additional fees may apply to cover administrative costs incurred by 1440, a 501(c)(3) organization, due to cancellation at 1440's sole discretion.  

The following policies represent our standard terms.

Group Program Terms

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with a 30-day cancellation policy.
• The remaining 50% of your total stay package is due 29 days prior to arrival.
• No refund is available for individual guests who cancel fewer than 30 days prior to your arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave a group program or event early.

Faculty Workshop Program Terms

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with a 30-day cancellation policy.
• The remaining 50% of your total stay package is due 29 days prior to arrival.
• No refund is available if you can cancel fewer than 30 days prior to your arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave the workshop or program early.

Leadership Center Program Terms

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with a 45-day cancellation policy.
• The remaining 50% of your total stay package is due 44 days prior to arrival.
• No refund is available if you can cancel fewer than 45 days prior to your arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave the workshop or program early.
