Thrive in Your Season
A Women's Live Well Weekend: June 26-28, 2026

Thrive in Your Season

Every woman moves through seasons of energy, stress, growth, healing, expansion, and rest.

On June 26-28, join us for an immersive weekend at 1440 Multiversity that blends cellular science, movement, inflammation education, hormone support, grounding practices, and restorative experiences to help you identify and align with your current season.

Dr. Michelle Jorgensen, Dr. Darla Booth, and Dr. Mindy Pelz will anchor a weekend full of teaching sessions, nature immersion, sound healing, guided movement, seasons-based meals, and reflective workshops, you will discover what your body needs now and how to provide it. After identifying the season you’re in – winter, spring, summer, harvest or fall – using Dr. Michelle’s symptom assessment tool, you’ll be able to align your learning experience to live well in the season you’re in.
