Take a meaningful pause with 1440 Experience Instructor Tricia Markovitz as you settle into a grounding meditation and yoga practice designed to quiet the mind and restore balance.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or deep in your practice, this session offers accessible, contemporary guidance in breath meditation — an essential tool for cultivating calm, clarity, and conscious choice. You'll experience both guided and silent meditation infused with intentional breathing to gently awaken your body and mind.
Then, flow into an inspired yoga sequence designed for every body. With breath as your anchor, you'll move through poses that build awareness, support alignment, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
After class, join us at Kitchen Table for a nourishing dinner prepared with sustainable ingredients from local farms and purveyors. Learn how our Food As Medicine philosophy supports wellness through intentional eating — and discover simple ways to Live Well every day.
