About this event

Whether you’re drawn to capturing the quiet language of your sleeping dreams or imagining what’s possible ahead, this class with 1440 Experience Instructor Liz Fohs offers space to create a Dream Journal that feels entirely your own.

Through guided prompts, you’ll gently reflect on nighttime experiences, noticing patterns, emotions, and the insights that emerge when we take the time to pay attention, while also exploring future possibilities through thoughtful exercises for gathering ideas, clarifying next steps, and shaping meaningful goals. Along the way, a variety of materials for drawing and collage are provided, inviting you to express what words alone sometimes can’t and bring your inner world to life through color, image, and intention.

After class, enjoy a seasonal, locally sourced dinner at Kitchen Table crafted by the 1440 Culinary Team with global flavors and fresh, sustainable ingredients. Discovery Dinners at 1440 are an invitation to unwind, connect, and create hope for living well — on the mat, at the table, and beyond.

1440 is a philanthropic campus, and each booking contributes to serving our community by providing scholarships and volunteer services in support of creating hope for living well.
