In this Live Well learning pillar workshop, 1440 Multiversity Adjunct Faculty Dr. Darla Booth, DC, CFMC will give you next-step actions to take in your doctor’s office and in your daily life to better understand and manage autoimmunity. Where Western medicine offers limited tools for managing autoimmune disease, Dr. Booth’s functional medicine protocols can help you get to the root cause of your diagnosis, successfully prevent and manage flares, and offer complementary support alongside your rheumatologist. This workshop session is perfect for anyone with a confirmed diagnosis, a positive ANA lab result, family history of autoimmune disease, or in the middle of the diagnostic process.
Afterward, enjoy a nourishing, locally sourced dinner at Kitchen Table, featuring global cuisine prepared by the 1440 Culinary Team. This shared meal is an opportunity to reflect, connect, and engage with like-hearted community members while deepening your commitment to well-being.
ABOUT DR. DARLA BOOTH
Dr. Darla Booth helps people manage their autoimmune disease by making incremental shifts in their everyday lives.
Dr. Darla Booth, DC, AFMC specializes in helping patients with complex health issues identify their root cause, improve symptoms, and stack habits to optimize their health with functional medicine protocols. Her care complements the support patients receive through Western medicine; taking a big picture approach to health through lab work analysis, lifestyle adjustments, and nutritional support.

Dr. Booth treats patients locally in her Los Gatos office and offers telehealth consultations worldwide. You can learn more about how to support your autoimmune disease through her online courses launching in early 2026.
