Bill George is senior fellow at Harvard Business School, where he has taught leadership since 2004. He is author of several books, including the best sellers 7 Lessons for Leading in Crisis, True North, Finding Your True North, and Authentic Leadership.
The former chairman and chief executive officer of Medtronic, Bill currently serves as a director of Goldman Sachs and the Mayo Clinic. He has served on boards of prestigious organizations, including ExxonMobil, Novartis, and Target Corporation, and as board chair for Allina Health System and Abbott Northwestern Hospital, among others. Earlier in his career, Bill was a senior executive with Honeywell and Litton Industries and served in the United States Department of Defense.

A trustee of the World Economic Forum USA, Bill has been awarded numerous honorary PhDs and awards, including the Bower Award for Business Leadership from the Franklin Institute. He has been named one of Top 25 Business Leaders of the Past 25 Years by PBS; Executive of the Year in 2001 by the Academy of Management; and Director of the Year 2001-02 by the National Association of Corporate Directors. Bill is a CNBC contributor and has made frequent appearances on television and radio.

She is a powerful bridge-builder and trusted advisor to leaders across diverse industry sectors, including in her capacity as lead designer and facilitator for the United Nations Foundation-lululemon's international Peace on Purpose Program, leadership development for the U.S. Customs & Border Protection Agency, and faculty and Senior Fellow for the True North Leadership program at 1440. Michelle also serves on the Boards of The Francine LeFrak Foundation Center for Wellbeing at Barnard College, Sojourner's, and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute.

Michelle's work has been featured in the DQ Institute in association with the World Economic Forum, the United Nations Global Engagement Summit, and Mindful Magazine, as well as the Huff Post, Thrive Global and the meditation apps Wisdom Labs' Wise@Work, Insight Timer, and Breethe. She also recently was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates. As a first-year legislator, Michelle was recognized as "Legislator of the Year," and founded the bi-partisan Technology & Innovation Caucus. Michelle lives in Northern Virginia with her family and is a graduate of Barnard College and The George Washington University School of Law.

Scott Kriens, chairman and former CEO of Juniper Networks, has been in the technology industry for more than 35 years. In 1996, he cofounded Juniper Networks, growing the company to $4 billion in global sales and more than 10,000 employees in 100+ countries.
In 2010, Scott and his wife Joanie launched 1440 Foundation, a grantmaking organization committed to the cultivation of truly real and connected relationships, with self and others, as a basis for living well. The work of the Foundation led Scott and Joanie to launch 1440 Multiversity, a 21st century learning destination in the California redwoods of Santa Cruz County.

Dana H. Born (Co-Director, Center for Public Leadership (CPL); Faculty Chair, Senior Executive Fellows (SEF) Program; Lecturer in Public Policy, Harvard Kennedy School of Government) is a retired Brigadier General with 30 years of service in the United States Air Force. She served two terms as the Dean of the Faculty at the United States Air Force Academy where she was also the Professor and Head of the Behavioral Sciences and Leadership Department.
Dana also served as an Exchange Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force, Assistant Director for Recruiting Research and Analysis for the Assistant Secretary of Defense, Deputy Chief of the Personnel Issues Team for the Department of the Air Force, Aide and Speech Writer to the Secretary of the Air Force, Squadron Commander for 11th Mission Support Squadron at Bolling AFB, DC, and in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
A graduate with distinction of the United States Air Force Academy, Professor Born received her B.S. in Behavioral Sciences, M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Trinity University, TX, M.A. in Research Psychology from University of Melbourne, and Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
