About this event

Experience inspiring local talent and like-hearted community as we honor Dia De Los Muertos with Senderos of Santa Cruz, during a very special free performance that will enliven the Latino culture in our community.

Join us in the redwoods on November 1 at the 1440 Multiversity campus for A Celebration with Senderos and enjoy a performance with Centeotl Danza y Baile, a folkloric dance group comprised of participants ages 4 to young adult that learns and performs traditional Mexican dances. Music will be provided by Ensamble Musical, the music program by Senderos. This is a complimentary event.

Time: 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

A Celebration with Senderos Schedule:

  • 10:00 a.m.: Arrivals & Registration at Redwood Amphitheater
  • 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Senderos Dance and Music Performance by Centeotl Danza y Baile and Ensamble Musical in Redwood Amphitheater
  • 12:00 p.m.: Event Concludes

 

Price: Free; please note that seating is not reserved and is in our outdoor Redwood Amphitheater.

About Senderos: The Senderos nonprofit mission is to serve children, youth and adults of all ages, including English Language Learners and economically disadvantaged people, free of cost.

Guests are welcome to arrive to campus and register as early at 10:00 a.m. to enjoy our Lodge Retail Shop and Bridge of Intentions. Please note that other locations of campus, including the trails and jacuzzi tub, are reserved for overnight program guest use only and are not available for this local Community Education Class.
