About This Learning Event

Thank you, first responders, for creating hope for living well! As a debt of gratitude to our community heroes and to inspire your own healing work, 1440 Multiversity is hosting a First Responders Gratitude Day that invites fire, law enforcement, EMS and dispatcher personnel (and their families!) to participate in campus wellness activities, rest and renewal in the redwoods for free.

Join us at the 1440 campus on Saturday, October 29, to discover new ways to Live, Lead, Love, Work and Wonder Well; this event is one of our philanthropic advocacy programs inspired by our flagship Healing Our Healthcare Heroes and Healing Our Education Communities weekends. Bring your family or colleagues and savor a beverage at Common Grounds, enjoy a complimentary chair massage, and participate in one of our signature wellness classes that will help you regain a sense of renewal from moral injury, burnout and grief. Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the morning - most importantly, treat yourself to some meaningful moments among like-hearted people and receive the appreciation that we all have for the work you do on a daily basis to keep us safe and healthy. It's time to take care of yourself.
