The Love Mama Grief Retreat offers a nurturing and secure setting for Mothers of Angels to connect with a community of bereaved parents who have experienced similar traumatic losses. Hosted at the 75-acre nonprofit 1440 Multiversity campus on June 2-6, 2027, this retreat could be the right fit for you if you've had a child transition at any age, or experienced a pregnancy loss at any stage, and you're seeking a space where you can be embraced, supported, and looked after, if only for a short while. This is an opportunity to let go of daily pressures and the expectations of others, allowing yourself the space to breathe and heal.
PRICING & LEARNING OBJECTIVES

This learning retreat equips attending mothers with knowledge regarding circumstances involving trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety, after suffering the loss of their child. They will leave 1440 better informed having gained new learnings and acquired adaptive skills for self-care and healing.
Total registration cost for this program is $3,300 plus tax and includes:
- 1440 Adjunct Faculty-led curriculum and workshops
- Overnight accommodations
- Locally sourced, freshly prepared meals at Kitchen Table using ingredients from regional farms within 300 miles of campus
- Holistic healing activities each day
- Access to campus amenities including the Fitness Center, 4 miles of nature trails, and the 250-square-foot outdoor infinity tub overlooking the forest
Please note: At the request of Program Faculty, only grieving mothers may register to participate. While we understand everyone (fathers, grandparents, siblings, and so on) deserve the opportunity to properly grieve, heal, and be supported, the content of this program is specifically designed for mothers. All program registrants are asked to honor the intention of this program. We thank you for your understanding and appreciation for this specially curated content, and we hope to provide similar programming for other family members in the future.
