About This Learning Event

Good therapy embodies meaningful connection and the art of improvisation. On December 14-19, join Home-LA founder Dr. Eva Altobelli and licensed professional counselor Craig Ellis for an immersive retreat called Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Through a Relational Lens, designed to help those in the professional therapy and healing arts fields supplement your practice and patient care with new skills. This five-night all-inclusive workshop hosted at the 1440 Multiversity campus will teach the mechanics of the IFS model, then experientially you will learn to integrate both the linear and non-linear aspects of the experience into a relational therapeutic container. Participants will learn through didactics, workbooks, practice exercises and demonstrations, while also having access to the 75-acre 1440 campus to connect with nature and self through signature wellness classes, hiking trails, locally sourced meals, the outdoor infinity jacuzzi tub and much more.

Ketamine can soften the conscious and unconscious defenses, allowing for greater access to internal parts work and this amplification will be demonstrated. During this retreat participants will gain a practical understanding of ketamine introduced into sessions, and will have the opportunity to explore new skills enhanced by the psycholytic dosing of ketamine. Live Well and Wonder Well as you co-create a learning and healing experience encouraged by the beautiful setting in the California Redwoods, practical information, ketamine and a nurturing and supportive community. You are invited to bring all of your parts - known and unknown.

1440 Multiversity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit campus, and each booking supports our philanthropic initiatives, feeds local families, and provides resources for those in need. Thank you for being a ripple of goodness through your visit to 1440.
