Relax, destress and boost your wellbeing with a Five Element Flow in Nature qigong experience at our private forest campus, before dining on a delicious, sustainable and locally sourced lunch at Kitchen Table featuring global cuisine prepared by our 1440 Culinary Team. Deeply nourishing and highly enjoyable, Lunch & Learn at 1440 provides a fulfilling opportunity to connect with yourself and other like-hearted community members while creating hope for living well.

About Five Element Flow in Nature:
In the ancient practice of qigong, each of the main energy systems in the body is related to one of the five elements in nature: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood. Connect to nature and your internal energy in this outdoor experience where you will walk to picturesque locations around campus to experience these elements and practice specific qigong movements for your inner energy systems. Leave feeling more grounded to the earth and more open to the flow of your own life force energy.
