About This Learning Event

Wonder Well in the redwoods as you engage in Lunch & Learn at 1440 Multiversity. Become energized and inspired to Live Well and Work Well with a workshop on True Colors: Personality Awareness & Success, before dining on a delicious, sustainable and locally sourced lunch at Kitchen Table featuring global cuisine prepared by our 1440 Culinary Team. Lunch & Learn at 1440 is deeply nourishing and highly enjoyable, providing a fulfilling opportunity to create hope for living well.

About True Colors: Connect with yourself and others in this fun interactive True Colors workshop that will help attendees understand more about themselves and how to improve their communication — and relationships — with those around them. Join our 1440 certified True Colors facilitator, Katie Denbo, and discover your color spectrum, participate in exercises to brighten your personality attributes, and see the value that our differences and contributions make to our teams and the world. You will learn simple tools and resources to put into action right away to help invigorate your passion and curiosity around personal growth, human potential and your inherent ability to inspire the world.

Time: 10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Lunch & Learn Schedule:

• 9:30 a.m.: Arrival & Registration
• 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: True Colors workshop experience with Katie Denbo, Certified True Colors Facilitator
• 12:00-1:30 p.m.: Lunch at Kitchen Table; sustainable, locally sourced and mindfully prepared
• 1 :30 p.m.: Event Conclusion & Departures

Price: $125 per person, includes workshop materials and lunch at Kitchen Table

Lunch Menu:

• Due to the seasonality of the sustainable ingredients we source from local farms, the Kitchen Table lunch menu will be available and posted approximately one week prior to the event date. A plant-based option is always available.

Event Notes:

• Guests may check into campus up to 30 minutes before the class start to enjoy our Lodge Retail Shop, Bridge of Intentions and Common Grounds Patio.
• This is an indoor event, held in one of our ventilated classroom gathering spaces.
• We recommend that you bring a light jacket or layers as temperatures may be cooler beneath our redwood canopies. 1440 will provide all materials required for this workshop.
• Reusable water bottles are welcome -- filtered water stations are available throughout campus.
• Kitchen Table offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, including outdoor covered seating options, to practice social distancing.
• This is an 18-and-over event.
