Critical Conversations

A Workshop for the Authentic Leader

Are your dialogues full of energy, hope, and a sense of purpose? Is there a willingness to speak uncomfortable truths and consider new perspectives?

The health of any team or community can be measured by the quality of its one-to-one interactions. While conflict is an inevitable part of life, it can be a positive force toward diversity, creativity, and strength. Yet many of us avoid conflict and sidestep difficult conversations, often unconsciously, creating gaps between ourselves and those most critical to our success.
