RISE: Restoring Inspiration & Sustaining Educators

Coming Together to Heal Our Educator Workforce

The Restoring Inspiration & Sustaining Educators (RISE) program provides teachers and education professionals with the opportunity to step away from daily demands and focus on their well-being. Through guided practices, peer connection, and a supportive environment, participants gain tools to manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and build lasting resilience. Offered at no cost to the participant, this program honors the essential work of education professionals by helping them return to their roles grounded, renewed, and better equipped to support their communities.

An Urgent Need for Support

An Urgent Need for Support

Nearly 16% of teachers are considering leaving their jobs. Burnout, compassion fatigue, financial stress, and disempowerment are on the rise, with 62% of educators reporting frequent job-related stress, compared to 33% of similar working adults. The compounding pressures of emotional labor, administrative burden, and chronic under-resourcing create a level of occupational stress that demands more than self-care tips requiring intentional, specialized, educator-centered healing.

The RISE program was created by educators and mental health professionals to provide the space, tools, and guidance educators need to restore well-being, reconnect with purpose, and build lasting resilience. Through expert-led sessions and peer support, participants leave renewed and ready to sustain their vital work with energy and intention.
